Live. Day 1 is tomorrow. Values with their own page link to it, where the dates are explained with the rules that use them.
Why do some numbers have their own page?
Six values have pages of their own: 30, 60, 90, 100, 120 and 180 days. Each is tied to something real, such as a rental notice, a rollover window, a travel limit, a foreclosure rule or a milestone. Those pages explain the rule, show where days and months drift apart, and keep the arithmetic next to the source. Every other value, from 1 to 3,650, gets an exact answer from the calculator and the table here, without a separate page that would only repeat the number.
Days, weeks or months?
When someone says "in 90 days" and someone else says "in three months," they rarely mean the same date. Months run 28 to 31 days, so three months is 89 to 92 days depending on when you start. Use the unit the rule or the agreement uses. If it says days, count days here. If it says months, use the date calculator's month option.
Questions people ask
- Does N days from today count today?
- No. Today is day zero, so 1 day from today is tomorrow. If your rule counts today as day 1, the deadline is one day earlier than the date shown. The methodology page explains the choice.
- What is the difference between days and business days from today?
- Calendar days count every day. Business days skip Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays, so 10 business days usually take 14 calendar days. Switch the mode above the calculator to see both.
- What is 2 weeks from today?
- It is the same weekday two weeks ahead, 14 calendar days from now. The table shows the exact date. In business days, 2 weeks with no holiday is 10 business days.
